Jim was fabulous from start to finish! Quick responses over text, price was affordable, speedy replacement of water heater but also thorough (also had to remove and reconnect my washer/dryer unit to get to the water heater which was easy for him), nice chat! Would highly recommend.
I hardly ever leave reviews but had a great experience with this company. They walked me through some possible issues and were able to identify and help me fix the issue over the phone without even having him come out.
