Jim was the best! He was super fast at getting me an estimate to replace a leaking water heater and was able to come over the next day. The tank less water heater he recommended is working great. Going from a leaking tank to new heater couldn't have been easier.
We had a tripped sensor on our hot water heater and Jim came out right away. Literally, in less than 5 minutes, he replaced the faulty sensor and had our hot water back up and running. Fast and professional service! Highly recommend!
Jim was fantastic. We called him Sunday night and he not only answered but gave us a quote within 30 mins. His price crushed all other quotes we received (and faster). He was able to get us the brand water heater we wanted for only $100 extra. When installing he found that our shut off valve was broken and gave us a $50 discount to install a new one. Fast and professional. Would recommend and be using again! Also great Bears and White Sox conversations.
