I contacted Lauren for physical therapy to address strained calf and hamstring muscles in my left leg. These strains had become an impediment to my training for a half marathon. After several sessions with Lauren, and very detailed home exercises to follow after each session, the strains healed and my training resumed. The half marathon went off without a hitch!
