Last month I ended up dropping out of another basic motorcycle course from a different school/facility because the bikes they had didn't fit me (barely 5' female here) and my confidence in at least completing the basic motorcycle course completely dropped and I seriously considered not pursuing doing it, but Ride Chicago was accommodating and the instructors were amazing! I had Rachel and Katie on my first day and Steven and Alden on my second and all four of them were outstanding! They gave constructive criticism when it was needed and encouragement when it was earned. They gave demos on what we were going to practice and even demonstrated the wrong/unsafe ways to do things so we got a visual of what it looked like. They answered all the questions we had and gave a comprehensive explanation that was easy to understand, especially for someone like me who has zero experience with riding/motorcycles. My confidence to complete the course returned, even when I didn't do so great on the harder skills (like the u-turns) but with their knowledge and tips I was eventually able to do them. Highly recommend Ride Chicago to anyone who has been looking to do the beginner course!
They are awesome crew, friendly, ready to help and explain, they show you from starting the bike to sharp turns.
