Excellent service. Super thorough, professional, and attentive. Unlike the big companies, he’s not trying to just scam you into some subscriptions service. He wanted to really help and make sure the issue was actually addressed.

Can I give 20 stars?!? Ahmed answered the phone on the first try. I told him about a mouse problem in our condo that we rent out in Rogers Park. My tenant had caught 5 mice in the same week so there was a real issue. Ahmed showed up the next morning, set bait and traps and did what he could to cover any holes. He called and gave me a detailed explanation of the work he did in addition to sending me lots of pictures. That was about two weeks ago and my tenant has not seen a mouse since.And to top it off, for the quality of service I found his rate to be very reasonable. Highly recommend Promax. I called on NYE after a late night rat intrusion, and Ahmed was able to come out that morning and set traps and direct towards the access hole.He was extremely courteous, professional, and walked me through the whole process. I'd highly recommend Promax for any pest control needs.
