Shirley is amazing at what she does and has a broad range of techniques and healing specialties. I went in for postural restoration because of chronic pain in my shoulder and SI joint that made it difficult to walk. Even after the first session I had tools that drastically reduced this pain and after a series of sessions the pain I had for years is completely gone! The pilates classes have also been a great supplement to this therapy and help me better understand how my body moves.
I took the EFT Pilates class and the energy she creates is so grounding. Shirley is so knowledgeable and truly embodies what she teaches. I am excited to tap into all her different service offerings because I felt a huge energetic shift from doing just one class.
