My key got stuck and broke off in my building’s door handle after work. Even though it was late in the day Chicago Locksmiths were still able to get someone out within a couple of hours. Kurt was the tech that came to help. He was an absolute pro and couldn’t have been any better! He knew exactly what to do right away and was incredibly fast at fixing the door handle. 10/10 would recommend!
I’ve been relying on this place for years. They’re friendly and trustworthy. They always recommend just what is needed and even take time to help me out with small things when I stop in. Malcolm was particularly helpful with an issue I had that required multiple stops in as I was trying to install my own lock. I would highly recommend this team!
Highly recommend Kurt! He arrived right on time, worked quickly, and made the necessary adjustments to my garage and front door locks. He was incredibly professional, polite, and upfront and honest about the pricing from the start. If you need a reliable and trustworthy locksmith, definitely ask for Kurt!
