Yoga six is the perfect spot for both sculpt and flow classes. The classes are not too hard but not too easy. It’s the perfect in between. I always feel very welcomed when I walk into the studio too!

I love this studio! All of the instructors are amazing (fire playlists!!) and the staff made me feel welcomed since my very first class. There are classes for every level — I definitely recommend :)

I have been attending Y6 Southport regularly for the last 6 months, and I am extremely pleased! I have taken a variety of instructors, class formats, and taken class at various times. The front desk is always warm and welcoming, instructors always introduce themselves and make personal connections, and class feels fresh every time :)
