I started taking classes in 2022 when I needed direction for how to better my physical and spiritual self and have benefited immensely in ways that I thought wasn't possible. The teachers here are outstanding and very patient. The studio is clean and equipped with everything a student needs, whether they are a beginner or a full-time yogi. Start with one class and come back for more. You will be transformed!
