I can not thank Cat, Michael and Marita enough for the lovely classes in their new temporary space on Damen. I feel so welcomed each and every time I enter the space. I have been practicing Shapeshifting and the 26 poses of hot yoga since April now, and my body is so much stronger and healthier for it. Thank you Cat for your wisdom and grace as you persevered through such a hard time recently after losing your studio in Andersonville and having to rebuild from ground up. Thank you Michael for your making me laugh during Shapeshifting. And thank you Marita for your patience and calm demeanor during classes. I am visiting from Louisville and believe I came to the same yoga studio I discovered back in 2009! Full circle. I absolutely loved the class and Marita was an excellent teacher. If you're in the area highly highly recommend

I haven’t done a backbend/handstand or yoga in over 10 years. By week 3 I was able to gain strength, flexibility and manage a successful handstand & back bend. I work out a lot and sit at a desk throughout the week and did not have confidence I’d be able to restore an ounce of flexibility. Per my results, it also helps that Be Yoga has incredible instructors. Classes are beginner friendly. Thank you for an amazing experience, Be Yoga.
