“I went to Glow in July to go from my natural dark brown/ black to a vibrant orange. Ive since gone back twice for a cut and recoloring including, red and berry tones and foresee myself returning for all things hair. Ive seen Cece each time and Glow has not disappointed in the slightest. For starters, all the stylists clearly have great rapport with one another and hair education is something that they are all actively engaged in. Every stylist ive interacted with is very encouraging and willing to collaborate with your stylist to achieve your desired result— you are never in the dark about what point in the process you are at, the strategy being used, or questioning when your stylist will return to the chair (you are truly being taken care of at Glow). Every person is so excited for you to be there, and are sooo helpful at getting you and your stylist to where you want to be. The place is so well kept too and never too congested or understaffed. I genuinely feel comfortable being in the chair for hours and know im in great hands. Cece is a newer stylist, and she is so kind, thoughtful and professional! Ive never left Glow feeling like I should have gone somewhere else or done more research because the staff is SO competent and passionate. As long as im in the Chicagoland area, Glow and Cece in specific will have my business ❤🔥 If you are considering trying out this salon, I couldnt recommend enough!
