I was honestly nervous after my trial because I didn’t love how I looked—but that was not Jean’s fault at all! She followed my instructions exactly, and I simply realized that I didn’t like my own original idea. I was able to email Carla and Rienna with the changes I wanted, and they translated my feedback into detailed notes for Jean. By the time my wedding day arrived, everything came together perfectly. My makeup was exactly what I wanted, looked amazing, and lasted all night without needing any touch-ups!

I also had a very large group getting ready: nine bridesmaids, two grandmas, and my mom were getting their hair done, while both grandmas, the mother of the groom, and my mom were also getting their makeup done. Despite the massive number of people needing services, Windy City Glam’s team was incredibly organized and efficient. Our day started at 9 a.m., and somehow everyone was ready, looking amazing, and we still finished earlier than expected—with time to spare around 1 p.m.

“First time at Gold Coast salon!! I got a hair cut and full keratin treatment with Ina. (First time getting my a keratin treatment ever) and soooo so happy with the results. Ina did an amazing job providing me with all of the information I needed to learn about keratin as well as after care. My hair looks so much better than it did before. The service from the front desk and all of the stylists was amazing, everyone was so nice. Moving to Chicago from out of state it’s been difficult finding the right salon that styles my hair the way I like it. But I will most definitely be coming back to Gold Coast salon and Ina.“
