I was at my daughter's in Evanston and I broke the shower head off completely. I called J. Blanton and Anthony arrived in the afternoon. I thought it was going to be an expensive repair since I broke the shower head off completely. He looked at it and said he would do it for free. I am from a town of 115,000 in Minnesota and I have had plumbers, electricians, etc over to do small repairs and they have NEVER said they will do it for free. It seems that these days you are always overcharged for everything. Dominick performed a clean out and patch of our sewer line from our house with great care and precision to ensure the patch and resin were properly installed and secured in place. Our kitchen sink no longer backs up and wastewater is expended into the sewer mainline without obstruction. A video of the line inspection is provided as Dominick explained the process in detail. His personal manner and professional knowledge informed us of the situation in real time which we greatly appreciated.
