EYELASHWORKS - West Loop is a stunning place with kind and welcoming staff. Vita did an amazing job on the lashes, with a light touch and no irritation afterward. The customer service is top-notch, with quick responses and results that rival those in NYC. The salon is clean, the prices are fair, and the lash techs are truly skilled, treating it like an art. Nelli and Helen are highly recommended for a fantastic experience.
The decor and the place is absolutely stunning , the front desk concierge is so kind and welcoming . Vita did my lashes and absolutely slayed them, I couldn’t even feel her working on me she has such a light hand and very gentle. My eyes weren’t irritated or burning afterwards and my lashes still look full after 3 weeks. Glad to have found my new lash home, Thank you Vita!
I’m visiting from New York and needed to get my lashes done ASAP. Called them around 10pm, they returned my call 10 mins later!(I didn’t expect that at all) and today got my lashes done with them. They turned out just how my girl in NYC does them! Obsessed

I have nothing but great things to say about this place…I will never go anywhere else for lash services. First of all, the salon is beautiful and clean. Prices are great, and the lash techs know what they are doing! You could tell they actually cared and it’s like they were doing art, not just a job…like they know what’s gonna look good for you and do it. 10/10 recommend..Nelli, Helen, thank you ladies so much ?
