Not two years after it was made, my engagement ring experienced a setting failure: one side of the prong/basket broke, and the center diamond fell out. We reached out to Ivy and Rose, and after a while the situation got resolved. My ring has been repaired and set with a replacement diamond that we got a discount on.“
