I have been going here once a week and everything has been fantastic!! Today I went in at a different day and time than I usually do and the girl at the front desk was someone I hadn’t seen before. I think she just needs some training. She could not properly communicate that my sessions for the month had expired. Because of that, I had to question her multiple times because I didn’t understand what she was trying to say. Because I kept questioning her she got very defensive and became unprofessional. I patiently waited as she called the manager. I allowed MANY others to go in front of me because I felt bad they were witnessing her being confused and then getting snippy...read full review

I live and work in the West Loop I have used this location for almost 3 years. The staff are always friendly and little to no wait time! The beds and rooms are always clean. I also like the promotions they run often and staff make me aware if I can save money!I do want to see more secure locks on the doors as some rooms do not lock properly.Service: Sunbed tanning
