I was extremely satisfied with both the results and the care and attention she dedicated to my case, which was particularly challenging. I came to her after another hairstylist had made serious mistakes, so this was by no means an easy correction.

Not sure how many times people tell you day(s) after cuts about your work but this last cut could not have been any better! I’ve had some of my best cuts by you but this one tops the charts! With only minimal effort do do my hair (2 mins), very little product, slightly damp hair and air dried…throwing my hair to right side now and utilizing my natural colics like you suggested, creates the perfect beach wavey curls and a lot of volume for slightly thinning hair. Absolutely, a perfect masterpiece of yours. Yes, If you can’t tell, I’m clearly excited how easy and perfect the style works. I wanted a new image and something different. You nailed it!! Thank you Jen for more than half a decade of great cuts. Now if I could just manage my grays more consistently, my wife would be reminded of the time we first met LOL.“

“I booked the Palmer House “Spa + Social” for my bestie’s bachelorette party and we had the best time! The booking process was extremely easy and everyone I spoke to was super communicative and helpful throughout the whole process (and acommodating of my many changes…it was a large group!)

On the day of our event, the spa was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful and our group had a fabulous time. Everyone enjoyed their treatments and being able to use the spa facilities as well as the special touches in our private relaxation/party: champagne, snacks and a gift bag with the comfiest robe ever.

I personally loved the “Sole Revival” spa treatment…which if you wear heels regularly or are getting your 10,000+ steps daily, you need this. My calves were so tight and my massage therapist completely unlocked them to where I felt like I was walking on a cloud the rest of the weekend. Even though she was using a lot of pressure to get out the many knots, I didn’t find it painful and was actually able to relax and almost fall asleep. Also, I had a special request to not use fragrance oils/lotions (specifically lavendar) and they were able to accommodate me.

“First time at Gold Coast salon!! I got a hair cut and full keratin treatment with Ina. (First time getting my a keratin treatment ever) and soooo so happy with the results. Ina did an amazing job providing me with all of the information I needed to learn about keratin as well as after care. My hair looks so much better than it did before.
