“My original review from 2020: I haven’t finished my treatment yet, but know I won’t have any problems so still leaving this review. These people are simply amazing, every single one of them. Not only is the office and atmosphere beautiful, Chicago Pediatric had to top that with hiring the nicest people to walk this planet. Truly all of them. Dr. Dale (the orthodontist) is wonderful: incredibly knowledgeable, caring, and tells dad jokes that gives my own dad a run for his money. Stephanie is always so visibly happy I can’t help but smile. Fabian is crazy fast and efficient. As a team, they work effortlessly and watching their dynamic is such a sight to see. They also clearly have fun with one another and it’s nice to see such a light environment.<br><br>Not only that, the receptionists are incredibly helpful as well and they respond to your voicemails if you leave them. I had a family emergency and couldn’t make my appointment, left a voicemail as it was after hours, they called me back next day, and they were able to squeeze me before I had to leave.<br><br>Maybe I’ve had bad orthodontic experiences before and my bar is really low, not sure, but what I do know is that I’m incredibly happy I chose to complete my braces treatment here, and I’d only recommend this office to anyone. Thank you guys!<br><br>Had to update my review (2022) just to add Sasa to the list - amazing. I’m sure everyone here is.<br><br>Updating my review AGAIN now in 2026 because I miss them and wish I still lived in Chicago. I need braces again because I didn’t wear my retainer, and I have half a mind to fly back and forth between San Francisco and Chicago. You can’t beat their prices, friendliness, and expertise. Again I recommend even 6 years later!”
