“I took a parallel parking driving session on May 28, 2026, with Kevin Harley.

I had been overthinking the entire parallel parking process, which made it seem much more difficult than it actually was. However, Kevin Harley's simple, straightforward instructions made the process easy to understand, and everything clicked quickly.

Some of the simple instructions that helped me were:

- Pull up alongside the vehicle, making sure you're aligned with the full length of the car.

- Once you're about halfway alongside the vehicle, begin turning the steering wheel toward the curb (to the right if you're parking on the right side of the road, or to the left if you're parking on the left side).

- Check your mirror to make sure the rear of your vehicle is close to the curb, then straighten out the vehicle.

After that, it was simply a matter of practice, practice, practice until I felt comfortable. For me, the lesson was well worth the investment.

I also want to recognize Rajat K., the customer service representative who booked my driving session (in-person). He provided excellent customer service he was friendly, courteous, respectful, and efficient. More customer service representatives with those qualities are needed because they make the entire experience go much more smoothly.“
