I brought in a bunch of mine and my lady's winter clothing that had sat in a basement for a year and smelled of mildew, most of it dry clean only. I also asked for a work jacket to be sewn where I had ripped a large hole. She fixed everything perfectly and also went out of her way to repair buttons on my formal coat. Also just the most lovely woman, I told her I live across the street and she wouldn't take no for an answer and helped me walk everything up to my unit.
