“Booked a bach party event at Brass location and it was AMAZING! We had so much fun and it was such a unique activity to do with the group! The instructor was so fun and broke everything down to make us feel confident and sexy even if we are uncoordinated 🤣”
“Rachel and Sean are excellent PTs--responsive, smart, effective, maybe the best I've ever had.”
“Yoga six is the perfect spot for both sculpt and flow classes. The classes are not too hard but not too easy. It’s the perfect in between. I always feel very welcomed when I walk into the studio too!”
