Paul did a fine job repairing an old washing machine with hard to find parts. It took three trips to find all the leaks on my old machine, but Paul was able to keep it operational while we waited for all the parts, and now I have a dry floor and clean clothes.
They were able to come out the same day I called to check my fridge 2 days before Christmas. Unfortunately it was DOA and the parts are no longer available. But I was so grateful to learn that in time to order a new one that could be delivered quickly since I had a house full of guests. They also gave me good advice.
Paul and Rob were able to diagnose and fix my washing machine quickly and efficiently. It was up and running in less than 45 minutes from when they arrived at the apartment. The 90-day service warranty that they offered is much appreciated as well. Overall, I’m very happy with the level of service offered. Thanks!
