Paul came by to help with my dishwasher. He's extremely knowledgeable, kind, clean, and quick! Not only that, but Paul was super-communicative about my appointment, the expectations I should have, and even helped me through some self-troubleshooting ahead of the appointment! Paul helped me identify some underlying issues and where to best invest my money in resolving it. He didn't oversell useless products or fixes and instead focuses on the problem and the proper solution. Absolutely phenomenal and trustworthy guy!I'll be using Northside Appliance Services should I ever have anything go wrong in the future!

Paul was so very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He was very patient with me and gave great advise on the purchasing of a replacement applicance and repaired the other one I was having issues with. I highly recommend Paul and his company. In fact I just recommended him to my daughter because I know he will provide her with great and reasonable service.
