For the past year I have been doing sound bath meditation classes for my friends and as of two months ago I started offering sound bath meditation for the public. The flexibility of the CSOY program fit my needs. 20 modules, one every other weekend. The comparative compressed classes alternative studios offered did not compensate for my busy work life. The Chicago School of Yoga made it comfortable for me to work, travel and go to school. Faculty is outstanding bringing varied experience to the classroom.Tuition was in line and I made many friends. I highly recommend CSOY for Yoga Teacher Training. Rachel D

If you want small class and more one-on-one help from instructor...this is the one for you. I had enjoyed the yoga class with only four other students. Thus the instructor had corrected my posture and alignment which was really helpful. I plan to take more classes here and go stop by at Cookie Bar across the street.
