We have used Chicago Constructions for 4 projects over the past year and they have done a wonderful job. They are responsive and have completed all of the projects on time or early. The projects included plumbing, electrical and renovations in our old two flat.

Chicago Constructions finished our basement around the end of 2023. IIan was great to work with, very communicative, and super responsive to our questions / changing plans. Avi the foreman (who really ran the job) was excellent during the job as well; responsive over txt, addressed our concerns in a timely way.The crew was also great; showed up on time every day, good at communicating issues, with very little disruption to our day-to-day, relatively-speaking.We did a gut renovation on our current house, as well as multiple other projects since then, and of the various GCs we've worked with Chicago Constructions really gave us the least headaches. This was the year! I was going to remodel my 20 year old bathroom. I wanted everything new, the tub removed and replaced with a shower, vanity, toilet, tile, lighting, and medicine cabinet. What I ended up with was a beautiful tiled bathroom, walk-in shower, and finishes you would find in an upscale hotel. Chicago Constructions saw my vision and executed it to a T. Avi and Ernesto followed up with me daily with progress reports, including pictures. Ernesto is a perfectionist, and his tiling skills are a solid 10. Then we slowly evolved into a kitchen and bath remodeling company. Chicago Constructions specializes in drywall, flooring, tile, painting and installation. Our pricing is broken into material cost and labor expenses separately in order for you to know exactly how much you are paying for each item. Transparency being our most important value, customers will have full account of every expenditure and will receive a copy of all receipts at the completion of each project.
