“I highly recommend New Era Woodworks! Luis and his team are incredibly talented craftsman who custom built the most beautiful entertainment center for my living room. They also built trim for my kitchen island which transformed it into more of a furniture piece. I also had the team fashion molding for my kitchen cabinets to give it a custom, finished look. Their work is impeccable and I could not be happier. The work was completed and installed on time and on budget. Luis is very responsive and easy to work with. Definitely will work with New Era Woodwork again in the future!“

“Eric was hired to fix what other professionals could not. We had several mishaps from the original design, execution and later install of our new kitchen cabinets by another contractor. He came up with a creative solution to retrofit a poorly fitting cabinet to accommodate the dishwasher allowing for a sleek and high end aesthetic. Also, he modified a tall cabinet to support two Miele ovens, one on top of another. This was something that seemed to baffle multiple other professionals hired to complete this job. In addition, he quickly understood the reason why one of my soft close drawers was not functioning as anticipated and resolved the problem. I found Eric and his assistant, Carlos, to be easy to work with, efficient, and delivered on the proposed work. There were no surprises, hidden charges, or drama. Just good work. Both men were polite and cleaned up at the end of the day. I couldn't be happier with my results. Would definitely hire again.“

“This was a really fascinating and post-pandemic way to showcase gorgeous newly made watches. Microlux was a free 2-day gathering of top world class watchmakers who gathered in 900 North Michigan. I only knew a handful of watchmakers before this, but this was a whole new world! the watches were heavy, maybe because they are wound up instead of using batteries. It was a small-ish space with tables, and around 2pm on Saturday free small cocktails were served. Chatting with watchmakers up close was fascinating. This is a great use of the space in this mall, instead of just another overpriced or high end store.They have more events coming up, which are not necessarily free, so please check carefully.“

“Mike is amazing! He was the first of multiple painting agencies to respond to my project inquiry. He gave me a tentative quote right away, which gave me something to anchor against and a sense of what to expect. He said he'd give me a final quote right after I sent him pictures of the cabinets. Once he received those, he promptly advised me not to waste my money painting laminate cabinets. He gave me a very detailed logical explanation including pictures of how it will bubble up later. I'm taking the time out of a very busy day to leave him a well-deserved review because he interrupted his busy day to save me time and money. Being straightforward, honest, and keeping your client's best interest at heart is almost more important than the work itself, so I strongly recommend him and will gladly use him for any future painting projects. I wish all service providers had his professional maturity, experience, and the grace to do the right thing!“

It turned out exactly as we'd hoped. They listened to our vision and brought it to life. They also stuck exactly to the estimate/budget. I highly recommend them.“
