I cannot say enough about what Mary Kate has already done for me. I underwent an emergency C-section to deliver my daughter. The pain around the incision and the way the tissue was recovering was less than optimal as far as I was concerned. I am nine weeks out from the birth of my daughter, and I am feeling better and looking better than I could have imagined. The work that Mary Kate did to break up the adhesions and scar tissue, combined with the exercises she has me do, have truly made my postpartum recovery so much easier than I could've anticipated. PREP Performance is the best. My daughter is active in Irish dance, soccer, basketball, volleyball and cheer and was experiencing terrible foot pain when participating in her activities. We went to PREP to see if we would get her some help. Jack and Stella made Bridget feel 1000% better. They taught her exercises and stretches she could incorporate into her warm ups and cool downs. They were nurturing and she looked forward to her visits each week. I would recommend them to anyone and will be back if anyone in my family needs PT.

We feel very fortunate to have found the excellent team at Prep Performance! Our two daughters are Irish dancers and they have received great care and support both for ongoing issues and for injuries. Every person our kids have worked with has made a positive connection with them, boosted their confidence that they'll get better and stronger, and encouraged them to keep up with their exercises to stay healthy. Scheduling is fast and responsive and parking convenient.
