“It’s been about a week since my Botox treatment and I’m really happy with the results. My wrinkles are basically gone, but I still have movement in my face so everything looks natural and not frozen.

They were very gentle with the injections and made me feel completely comfortable the whole time. Caitlyn also did my VISIA facial scan, which gave me a really detailed report about my skin and things I can improve going forward. I’ve honestly never had a place use technology that advanced before.

“I have been a patient of Dr. Knox since 2011, and she has helped me tremendously over the years, especially with neck and back issues related to multiple car accidents when I was younger. My neck is notoriously difficult to adjust, and Dr. Knox has always been the best at understanding exactly what I need and helping me feel better. More recently, she also helped me recover from vertigo, which I am very grateful for.
I originally came to Proper Balance for expert chiropractic care, but over the years I have come to appreciate Dr. Knox’s broader holistic approach and the many services offered through her practice. She has built a wonderful healthcare team and a place I have trusted for many years. Some of my favorite services I’ve used and would recommend include massage therapy, Red Light Therapy, and Platelet-Rich Fibrin (PRF), both for skin rejuvenation and joint injections to support the body’s natural regenerative healing process.
I also recently had a great experience with Dr. Allie, who is an excellent addition to the practice. She is especially good if you prefer manual adjustments, and she adjusted my difficult neck with precision and care. I left feeling better aligned and with noticeably improved mobility.

“This was my very first experience at a med spa, and I was honestly a little nervous going in, but they truly were amazing and made me feel comfortable right away.

We started with a skin analysis and I was shocked by how much I learned about my skin. Seeing everything laid out and understanding how the skincare recommendations and Hydrafacial would target my specific concerns was so helpful. Elena truly cares about your skin and helping you beyond just your visit, we even talked about how my diet could change to help improve my skin overall.

After the Hydrafacial, my skin felt great and I could see instant improvements! My skin looked brighter, smoother, and so much more refreshed.

I also did Endospheres, and while the treatment is powerful, it’s not painful at all. You can really feel a difference in lightness, especially the day after the treatment. They constantly check in to make sure you’re comfortable and only use as much pressure as feels good!

Throughout every treatment, I was given so much education about my skin and the process, which I really appreciated. I would 100% come back again. On top of that, after following the skincare regimen Elena set me up with for about a month, I’m already noticing improvements in my skin!“
