On Google . My work computer was making strange noises and eventually shut down. I had purchased the computer 7 years at Best Buy. Contacted Total Tech at Best Buy and they were less than helpful Very stressful experience. I stopped in at Computer Zone.
They were a life saver. Diagnosed the issue came up with the solution and repaired it in less than a day .
Sultan and his staff are the best in my book.

“Best place ever!! I broke my screen the day right before I had to leave for a trip. It was an emergency! I went to so many places by me and no one could fix it fast, they said it would take them upto 2 to 3 days! Crazy! Then I went to Leos as my last hope and tell you not I wanted to cry in the spot from how happy I was! He told me it would be the next day but knowing my situation Leos and his daughter (amazing translator) went out of their way to drive 2 hours that same day to get the screen. They told me that even though they closed at 6 that day he would work on it and wait for me till later! Honestly I cant express my gratitude for them! I will forever bring them my things! Also I had seen a review talking about the quality and prices, but Leos explained to me how there is 3 levels of quality and he never puts on the lowest he gave me the option of the middle one or highest! I really appreciate the choices since I know a lot of businesses dont really care and put whatever. In the end he stayed until 8 and charged me the normal amount (obviously) I payed more (a tip and out of gratitude) than the og price which was the lowest price out of all other places I went to! “I highly recommend Mark Lebowitz for computer needs. His knowledge and professionalism gave me confidence that he could help me resolve my laptop's problem. Microsoft had completed an overnight update which changed my login screen. Without knowledge of required pin and password I was stuck and ended in a BitLocker nightmare. After several attempts, I was not able to log into Microsoft even with their recovery method. Mark suggested that we reload Windows 11 and I decided that was the best thing to do. Mark worked quickly and set up my laptop so this should not happen again.
