I walked into the shop just hoping to buy a quick charger to get enough battery to navigate back to my car. Instead of just making a sale, the gentleman working there was incredibly kind and offered to charge my phone for me free of charge. While waiting, I watched him assist two other customers who walked in. He treated everyone with the same genuine, friendly, and helpful attitude. He easily could have pressured me into buying a charger, but he chose to simply help someone out in a tough spot. I am deeply grateful for his exceptional service and integrity, and I will absolutely be returning here for any future computer repairs.“
