Vlad is hands down the best in the city for BedBug removal. My 3 story apartment building had an infestation. He was able to get me in fast and in two sessions, all bed begs are gone from all 3 apartments! The treatments are proven effective and safe for animals as well. Easy clean up too. Not only is his service extremely effective but he is a true professional who is promptly ontime, friendly and willing to answer my many questions. Even when I would email him worried at 11pm. I hope to never have to deal with bedbugs again but if I do Vlad will be the one I call.

Vladimir is the best! I have been getting bit by bed bugs, confirmed by my dermatologist, for nearly a month and my property manager sent his pest control service to inspect my unit after I brought it up. They claimed twice they didn’t find any evidence of bed bugs and gaslit me for weeks even though I showed them the pattern of bites I had that matched the bed bug bite description. I reached out to Vladimir after seeing unbelievable reviews online and he definitely lived up to the hype. He found evidence in the baseboards, which the other guy failed to check and treat, and made this such an easy process for me. After being bitten repeatedly,I called Windy City bedbug specialist. Sure enough bedbugs were detected and I was horrified! Vladimir was very kind and efficient! He treated our 5 bedrooms and was able to assure me that only one room showed any signs of bedbugs yet all 5 bedrooms and our couches were treated ( travel??!!) I have stopped getting bit and the peace of mind Vladimir provided was a godsend. So he comes in a van that doesn’t scream this house has bugs, he explains his process ( I knew in advance what it would cost) and then we left the house for about 4 hours while he treated.
