I had a family member who brought home the dreaded bed bug... I reached out to a FB group with a lot of reliable people in it and Windy City Bed Bug Specialists was highly recommended.
I know firsthand why! My family member was so overwhelmed by this discovery that I took on the role of helping secure services. Vladmir, the owner, personally answered my call and put me at ease from that first conversation. I was able to text him pictures to confirm that it was indeed bed bugs and he shared his plan of action.
