Just did a private session with Bella and it was amazing. They were so attentive to corrections and I really got a deeper understanding of the practice. I've also taken several sessions with Michelle and she is one of the most compassionate and well rounded instructors. I recommend this studio for anyone looking for real instruction and working deeper into their bodies.
Not only is this studio everything I hope my studio will be some day, both the Pilates and the Gyrotonic instructors at dedicated to their members and passionate about movement! I loved my experience at this studio and can’t wait to return next time I am in Chicago!!

Julia and Michelle are incredibly thoughtful instructors. They teach with so much care and explain everything with just the right amount of detail. I really love their energy. They are professional, yet gentle, calm, and grounding.
Each session feels almost like therapy to me. I always leave feeling energized, relaxed, and so much better in my body.
