“I first went to this cleaners about 8 years ago and it was awful!! My whites came back gray, quality of work was terrible and I had a hard time communicating with the owner. I went elsewhere for years but, my regular place closed during the pandemic. I decided to give this place one more chance ( I was desperate) I had no idea that they have changed owners! The ladies were fantastic, friendly and very knowledgeable. They also do AMAZING alterations! I had a little hole in the sleeve of a chiffon dress, wasn't sure if they could even fix it.. when I picked it up, it magically disappeared! I had a hard time even finding where it was! I am so glad to have found this place again, I only wished I knew earlier of the owner change.“

First timer, I was confused a bit by the online form for scheduling a pickup, so I called the store. It was during the holidays and the owner was out of town. Instead of telling me to wait until the next week for him to come back, they took it upon themselves to pickup my items, clean them, and return them. Was there clarity on how they were going to get paid for providing this service? Not really. But ya know what, I appreciate that they cared more about making sure I had clean sweaters and throw blankets in a timely manner. And luckily it ended up being less expensive than I expected! It was very easy to pay over the phone after the fact once the owner was back in town and figured out what was going on. 10/10 would recommend.
