Gratitude Yoga

We had Gratitude Yoga lead a yoga/dance class for our 7 yr olds birthday and it was a complete success. From our first correspondence, it was obvious Lisa was enthusiastic, dependable, and detail oriented. When it came time for the party she arrived early to set up the space and even brought enough yoga mats for all the kids. As kids came running in distracted by balloons— Lisa flawlessly pivoted her plan to involve the balloons in stretching and jumping. We could not have asked for a better experience! From scheduling to the actual yoga practice, Lisa and her staff were amazing. My group had the best time and the instructor, Guinn, tailored the class to the needs of the group perfectly. Everyone in the group had the best time and I would 100% recommend Gratitude Yoga to any and everyone!

Absolutely loved and would do it over again. Lisa is phenomenal with communication and giving updates. She was not able to lead our session so had one of her partners, Guinn, lead our session. Not only was Guinn super professional but she also modified our session based on what we wanted which was relaxation and mobility/stretching. The air and water show was happening this weekend so there were lots of vendors and paths blocked off at the beach but she kept walking with us until we found a spot that we wanted to practice at. She was very patient with our bachelorette group and so sweet! Would definitely do this experience over again!!
