I started doing acupuncture during my infertility journey. It has been a great way to relax and focus on myself and what my body needs during such an otherwise stressful time. I started by going monthly and increased to biweekly. During infertility treatment my husband and I were both going and I was going weekly and I am now 13 months pregnant with my first child!!! I am still continuing to do acupuncture through my pregnancy to help decrease stress and increase blood flow.
