Yoga Now is an incredible space for all things yoga. Everyone is welcomed and encouraged to ask questions and join their extensive class offerings. I get a deep tissue massage with Alicia Martin as often as I can. She’s knowledgeable and really listens. I highly recommend her.
Yoga Now is the best yoga studio I’ve been to in Chicago. Sirena’s classes are especially incredible- she creates such a positive, loving, and welcoming space that truly brought me back to yoga and helped me rediscover how much I enjoy it.
