“I have been a patient of Dr. Knox since 2011, and she has helped me tremendously over the years, especially with neck and back issues related to multiple car accidents when I was younger. My neck is notoriously difficult to adjust, and Dr. Knox has always been the best at understanding exactly what I need and helping me feel better. More recently, she also helped me recover from vertigo, which I am very grateful for.
I originally came to Proper Balance for expert chiropractic care, but over the years I have come to appreciate Dr. Knox’s broader holistic approach and the many services offered through her practice. She has built a wonderful healthcare team and a place I have trusted for many years. Some of my favorite services I’ve used and would recommend include massage therapy, Red Light Therapy, and Platelet-Rich Fibrin (PRF), both for skin rejuvenation and joint injections to support the body’s natural regenerative healing process.
I also recently had a great experience with Dr. Allie, who is an excellent addition to the practice. She is especially good if you prefer manual adjustments, and she adjusted my difficult neck with precision and care. I left feeling better aligned and with noticeably improved mobility.
