Yesterday I had my second Shirodhara. I call it a experience..a healing session. Technically its called a massage. I can not explain properly how grounded and calm I feel after one. The brain fog and extreme fatigue are instantly gone and I slept hard and woke up with a clear head. Look up Shirodhara then do your body, mind and soul a huge favor and book an appt with my wonderfully talented friend Kathleen Miller Lmt . I promise you, you will love it. Check out her vast product line from Farmhouse Fresh as well! If you are like me( suffering from a long list of strange long term Covid symptoms. .please look into this!)
