“Regarding Sarah Thomas's review. I called her the morning of and gave her the option. I had 3 other clients I could have gone to and she said no now is fine. I am leaving work now. When we scheduled it, it was hot and unfortunately our trimmer could not work any longer, getting over heated. I can't expect my Trimmers to prune if dizzy and sick. This does not happen too often but every summer you just never know. The Human body can only do what it can do and sometimes that means pushing jobs out. We explained this to her and she did not care. The deadwood on her small Olive was more important. Trimming is a specialty field and I won't just let anyone go and prune our clients trees. “I hired this business to remove a dead Mexican fan palm tree and trim an orchid and mesquite tree. The crew did a good job of taking out the palm tree. However, we were not satisfied with the trimming of the orchid or mesquite, and expressed this to the owner Moe. He agreed to send back a crew at no charge to re-trim the two trees to our satisfaction. This was done and we are very happy with the results. Thank you Moe for stepping up and making sure we were taken care of!“

“I keep making ridiculous requests and they keep accommodating me <3 I requested them to leave a birds nest alone but I still needed to maintain the tree. They left the nest untouched and I wasn’t even home when they completed their work. They always answer when I call, respond same day when I email and never pressure.
