“I hired this business to remove a dead Mexican fan palm tree and trim an orchid and mesquite tree. The crew did a good job of taking out the palm tree. However, we were not satisfied with the trimming of the orchid or mesquite, and expressed this to the owner Moe. He agreed to send back a crew at no charge to re-trim the two trees to our satisfaction. This was done and we are very happy with the results.
