He arrived just a little later.I had not seen him for several years. He fixed all of my problems and then some until I became too tired and I had to ask him to leave. For all he did, PChelpForce was extrememly reasonable. I am a senior citizen and I appreciated the tutelage that he provided as he very efficiently worked. Also, this is just a little something. “UPDATE! January 2019: Josh, the manager and Dan, the laptop technician, worked hard to ensure they resolved all of my issues in a timely manner.December 2018: The people are kind enough. However, I have taken my laptop to this location two times in the past 6 months and have not been happy at all with the repairs made. I first brought it in for a screen replacement. A few days later, the same issue occurred. I brought it in again and they completely replaced the screen (as evidenced by the lack of stickers). Unfortunately, when the technicians replaced the screen, they managed to put the keyboard on improperly and I cannot get it to adhere properly. It was a mistake to bring my laptop to this location.“
