“After a quick downfall from an autoimmune response to PetArmor Plus flea and tick topical treatment, and 2 different ERs over 3 days, VCA Neurology department took Walter into the ICU and gave him the best treatment, and was able to get a diagnosis quick, although very serious and fatal if not treated, Dr Melan made it a point to call me with results in between her appointments and treat Walter asap. She did a great job at explaining what was happening and treatment. Her assistant Mike, is also awesome and I could tell he truly cares about the animals he takes care of, which is always comforting. I called probably 15 times over 3 days he was in the hospital, and they always provided me updates and even sent me photos of him in the hospital! If you are looking for a speciality vet, this is the place.“

“Ark, and then Moon Valley, took care of our sweet Molly since we moved to Phoenix. They were always great at treating her, explaining any issues, potential problems, and our options. Even when she nipped a staff member they were still able to work with us to make sure she got what she needed. Later, She had to have two surgeries and encountered other problems as she got older, but The staff was always so kind and helpful.The morning when she passed, we called Moon Valley as soon as they opened because she was suffering seizures. They were booked all day but recognized the emergency got us in as soon as the doctors came in. The staff was so helpful to make sure Molly was taken care of. They were also so helpful with my wife and I who were extremely upset at losing our dog of 13 years. Dr Degroff was very kind and professional and the staff was so great in helping us through such an awful day.Thank you for everything.“
“Excellent experience getting my dog fixed. My regular vet could not get us in for a while and cost a LOT more than what the Mobile Vet cost. The Mobile Vet was so helpful and kind. They treated my pup with care and compassion. He is such a giant love and they knew exactly how to handle him. I can't recommend them enough!“

“I have taken in and rehomed many cats and dogs, so I have been to a different clinics in the past. Since I found Metro, I will not go anywhere else. I drive 2 1/2 hours to get here and 2 1/2 hours back home every month or two and will continue to do so as long as I keep taking in rescues. Service is great, staff is amazing. They make it easy and hassle free. No long wait time when dropping off or picking up. They call after surgery and let you know how your pet is doing so you dont have to wait and worry. “This is probably the first and only vet I have ever been to that I actually felt put the needs of my cat above their desire to make money and charge me for treatments/medications that would not best serve me. My cat has been dealing with upper respiratory issues and her previous vet continuously wanted to pump antibiotics in, despite the ineffectiveness, adverse reactions, and difficulties administering. The vet here told me to skip the antibiotics and instead try to focus on supplementing and environmental modifications to build a stronger immune system and stress-free environment. I am always down for a natural approach when possible, so I appreciated been giving more holistic options instead of jumping straight to medications which is often the issue in our healthcare system. My vet additionally solved a supplement administation issue I had been battling for years instantly (no one else had ever mentioned it and it was such an easy solution). Thank you for being a vet I can trust!“

“I was very sad when I had to send my cat, Gypsy to Rainbow Bridge. Dr B was able to come to our home within a couple of hours. She walked me thru the entire process and told me what to expect and when. She was very professional, and compassionate at the same time. She gave us as much time as we needed to have our closure. I would recommend her to anyone having to make this decision for their pets.“
