We had no appointment and they accommodated a tongue piercing and a finger tattoo in like an hour and a half at like 7 PM. Madrid was very informative, professional, and welcoming! The lady that got the tongue piercing had barely any swelling the following day. Shaylyn planned my finger tattoo with me. She was very welcoming and it was pretty much painless. I didn't have any redness! This was a great shop and I would highly recommend it. The prices were great!“
