Ark, and then Moon Valley, took care of our sweet Molly since we moved to Phoenix. They were always great at treating her, explaining any issues, potential problems, and our options. Even when she nipped a staff member they were still able to work with us to make sure she got what she needed. Later, She had to have two surgeries and encountered other problems as she got older, but The staff was always so kind and helpful.The morning when she passed, we called Moon Valley as soon as they opened because she was suffering seizures. Kelly, Lisa and Les have all been helpful while my dog has been battling Valley Fever and seizures. We've had touch-ins every other day by phone. The attention to detail and care has made our recovery much easier.

Fantastic people with great attitude and understanding.Went in to just get my little man his shots and ask if they could nuder that same day because we're moving into a new home soon. Initially, I was told the schedule was full, but they managed to squeeze my cat into the schedule. I'm so thankful ?
