The Hatfields are amazing. They walked me through a very difficult decision with care. They never judged me , nor made me feel bad about my pets care. They were very compassionate , empathetic, and encouraging . I will never go anywhere else. RIP Gracie, we will miss you forever ?
Trying to find a good veterinarian is sometimes a chore. I went to this place 22 years ago and loved it. I really liked the vet. To my surprise, he was still there! A bit prayer, but the same guy. No, he didn't remember me. But we still chatted a bit. He was still VERY REASONABLE with his pricing, gave me lots of tips and advice on the care of my Jax. What I really liked is he didn't try to sell me all sorts of stuff or an unneeded procedure. I thought and was sure my dog had cancerous growth. Nope, he very quickly put my mind at ease! Very happy with my visit here. I was traveling from out of town and needed to have my dog seen by a vet. I am a dog trainer, and I was very happy with how Dr Hatfield and the vet techs all handled my dog here. Everyone was good at handling my dog and reading his body language, and with me they were helpful, informative, and pleasant to work with. Also the cost for the visit was very fair. If I lived here, I would definitely use this as my regular vet office.
