“From our first meeting with designer Dawn to Rafael Ramirez’ installation, we knew we were working with a first rate professional operation. Dawn took as long with us as we needed (I’d be embarrassed to say how long) to arrive at just the configuration of components we wanted in our walk-in closet. This wasn’t a fancy high end design, but Dawn treated us as if it was.

Rafael was very pleasant and quiet. He worked very neatly, and was completely unobtrusive as he went in and out. He tore out the old closet and installed our new one in half a day, by himself.
