This is THE only company who cleans my Asian carpets. They are exceptional! High quality cleaning and repair including cutting back the fringe on several rugs. Their customer service is also exceptional- those in the field and in the office (Jane). Given the AZ heat I buy new rug pads with each 5 yr cleaning. I do not trust anyone else to take care of my rugs!
