Jacqueline is a friendly and engaging woman. She gave me the time needed to explain my skin issue, asked me questions to assist her in diagnosing the problem, and explained her course of treatment. She is a knowledgeable P.A. and able to communicate, in understandable terms, so that I understood her diagnosis and subsequent treatment. I will definitely schedule future appointments with her!
The staff from the front office, to the exam room, to the back office checking out, were all great! Magdalea, (sp) was a fantastic medical assistant! She made me feel comfortable! Dr Savanna Howe is fantastic at her profession! I appreciate the information and explanations for the procedures. Overall great experience!
The people at the front desk are always so pleasant and friendly! Jacqueline Vercauteren is always very thorough, answers all of my questions, and explains everything she is doing before, during, and after. Her assistants are always right there doing an amazing job as well. I have no complaints and would definitely recommend both Jacqueline and Affiliated Dermatology!
