“Took my daughter to get her hair cut and styled for the first time here and her experience and outcome was not good.

The stylist agreed to take steps as she cut away the length, but totally disreguarded and the cut looked nothing like the several pics my daughter showed the hairdresser. We are expecting a call from the owner or manager to dicuss the bad experience. The front counter staff was the only good experience when we arrived. They were very friendly.

8/22/2025 Update. My daughter called immediatley after the poor experience with the initial hairdresser and they set an appointment with the manager to repair and fix the cut. Once again the staff was very receptive, and the manager took her back to see what they could do. My daughter said the experience was a complete turnaround, and there was plenty of communication during the process. The manager had identified areas the previous stylist failed to address, and areas missed. This was a great recovery by the Madison Ave manager's abilities to recover a botched and complete failure from start to finish haircut by her employee. I applaud you for a great comeback story. I gave this place an updated 2 star, to a current 5, as it is a tough job to fix someone elses mess. I know the owners dad Bill and he is the reason I recommended this Madison Avenue initially. Super job!“

“The staff was all very lovely and greeted everyone promptly upon arrival. The check in process was smooth and was offered water while I waited. The space itself is decorated well and the layout seems to maximize the utilization of the space. Their bathroom is stocked with hygiene items if needed.

I will say, the actual space for facials feels cramped as I had to weave my way around the estheticians to make my way to the bathroom prior to my appointment slot. I have been to a handful of spas throughout the valley and many membership based studios, and this setup was a tad unappealing. There are six stations located in the back studio space with each guest laying side by side which does not feel private. For the price of services offered if expect some privacy during each service.

The facial itself was lovely, with the initial steps being thoroughly explained by the esthetician. At the end of service, I was recommended a few products to utilize during my home skincare routine.“

The facials with Patty are fabulous and Sabrina is amazing.
