“Truly a great experience. I called on a Saturday and was able to get a drop in appt with Olivia. She took years off my skin with the microderm and brought back my moisture. They have a little thank you gift they give to clients, have a fabulous front staff and are overall social and good at their jobs. Thumbs up!“

“Took my daughter to get her hair cut and styled for the first time here and her experience and outcome was not good.

The stylist agreed to take steps as she cut away the length, but totally disreguarded and the cut looked nothing like the several pics my daughter showed the hairdresser. We are expecting a call from the owner or manager to dicuss the bad experience. The front counter staff was the only good experience when we arrived. They were very friendly.

8/22/2025 Update. My daughter called immediatley after the poor experience with the initial hairdresser and they set an appointment with the manager to repair and fix the cut. Once again the staff was very receptive, and the manager took her back to see what they could do. My daughter said the experience was a complete turnaround, and there was plenty of communication during the process. The manager had identified areas the previous stylist failed to address, and areas missed. This was a great recovery by the Madison Ave manager's abilities to recover a botched and complete failure from start to finish haircut by her employee. I applaud you for a great comeback story. I gave this place an updated 2 star, to a current 5, as it is a tough job to fix someone elses mess. I know the owners dad Bill and he is the reason I recommended this Madison Avenue initially. Super job!“

We love the beautiful, peace grounds, excellent service, and delicious food at T Cooks. This year was our first stay in a while and overall we had a very enjoyable time but at checkout we were stunned to discover the resort fee does not include parking! Combined, the resort plus parking fees added an extra ninety dollars per day to our stay!! Wow!!“
