“Someone showed up yesterday from a company other than Bug Science saying they were here for pest control. I was not home at the time. I will get the name of company and update later (after I talk to my wife and find out what company was here). Pest Control company that was here yesterday told my wife they are new owners of Bug Science. So today I am trying to call Bug Science and get information as far as warranty and statue as to who actually owes Bub Science. So far no luck. Called was put on automatic hold and so been on hold for 18 minutes. First time calling was on hold for over 30 mins. So use caution. So investigate before dealing with Bug Science. I will post again after I have more info if anyone answers.
Update.
Phoenix Pest Control now owns Bug Science. I was able to talk with management team. They are stepping up and honoring all warranty work that was preformed by Bug Science. Phoenix Pest Control is also taking care of some of the poor, sloppy work that the termite crew of Bug Science left behind and was never addressed by owner of Bug Science. Thank you Phoenix Pest Control.“
