He took the time and educated me on how much less water was in the small unit, also how much soap to use. I felt like I was learning to wash clothes for the first time. I would highly highly recommend if you’re having any issues calling this company and requesting Tu To come troubleshoot your machine. Tu was able to check every single thing, order a new part and make sure every other aspect was working and draining correctly. My doodle also loved him! 10 out of 10. Total Air was one of the few that did service calls on the weekends so I called and spoke with Denis he was very nice, asked what the issues were and had a wanted to help attitude. He came out in the later part of the day when he told me he would be there and also text me to tell me when he was on his way. He was very cordial and got right to the issue with my fridge.
