Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience with this locksmith service. The work resulted in damage that I did not expect, which made an already frustrating situation even worse. I expected much more care and professionalism from a locksmith service.
Very disappointing experience. I was charged significantly more than I expected for the locksmith service, and the final cost did not feel reasonable or transparent. I recommend confirming the complete price before agreeing to the work.
I’m the office manager at NH Prime and Alcatraz was an absolute life saver for a last minute lockout for one of our tenants. Thank you Todd for the kind communication and quick response! And thank you Craig for getting our tenant into her unit!
