“I connected with 24hr Valleywide Electric through my warranty company. I was told by an AC technician that we needed to upgrade the breaker in our fuse box box it was only rated for 40 amps and needed to be rated for 60 amps. After talking with Valleywide electric, he was able to help me discover that the electrical upgrade was not needed and the AC technician was trying to upsell me -- the sticker on the AC itself said it needed a minimum of 29 amps and a maximum of 45 at the breaker meaning 60 amps the AC tech recommended would have been too much. I appreciate Valleywide Electric's honesty and integrity. I understand the he could have probably come out, changed the breaker and I would have been none the wiser to the fact that I didn't actually need the service, but instead, he was honest and helpful. I definitely recommend this business to anyone.“

“I am a renter in a 55+ community. I had a partial power outage in my home and after trying to reset the breakers the problem still existed. The property manager contacted Kortman Electric to send someone out. Ariel was very thorough and found out the problem was a bit more serious than I thought. A couple of wires in an outlet came loose in the wire nut they were connected with. The wire nut and the outlet showed signs of burning from the wires arcing. It was decided that all of the outlets should be replaced for safety reasons. John was sent to replace all of the outlets and did a great job. I was nervous about a potential fire hazard existing but thanks to the guys ay Kortman I feel much better. Thanks guys!“
“Michael was very prompt, totally professional and very skilled with his diagnostic's. He recommended replacing a very old GFI to avoid a possible reoccurrence, as well as replacing the breaker. He detected a very frayed wire in the electrical panel and replaced it to prevent a possible fire. An excellent experience today which definitely deserves my 5 star rating.“
