This company handled the pack-out for my home that was flooded due to a plumbing issue. Shauna was great at communicating, working with my schedule, and answering all my questions about the process. The crew came in and worked very quickly and carefully, documenting every room and the items with photos and notes. Markie was really patient and helpful with my teenage son and his collectibles. My other son has severe autism, but the company was really sensitive to his needs during the whole process. All the young men and women were incredibly hard workers. All my stuff was packed with the utmost care. They gave me peace of mind during a difficult situation.
Yesterday Marki and her team came and did a great job of packing up my space and taking it to storage while we get work done to fix some water damage. They were kind and respectful of our belongings

Juliana is a godsend, making sure everyone knows what to do at every turn, while presenting a confident reassuring presence for us, the homeowners. She also has a keen sensitivity, when it comes to personal items.
Eddie and Ariel professionally directed handling and loading larger items. Everyone was so pleasant and polite. There were many other members whose names we didn’t get, but they were important contributors to the smooth completion of our move.
