The crew was professional and just the right amount of fun. What I was most impressed with most was no question or concern of mine was too small and always addressed to my satisfaction. This was a good experience in a not so great time

Frank was great and very good at explaining the process. His crew arrived right on time both days and worked quickly to get things going. The crew was polite and even shut the front door every time they came through it. We’re looking forward to having this major home renovation complete d soon and are eagerly awaiting the safe return of the contents of that half of the house.

I had a flood in my home, Frank with Integrity came out the Same day to assess what would need to be moved/packed out. He worked with the water damage/restoration company and the insurance to coordinate what needed to happen and was an advocate for me and my family. Very knowledgeable and allowed me to feel a bit of ease knowing I had a top professional. The entire team came the next day and packed up all of our belongings in the half of the house that was damaged, and manipulated furniture in another room to set up a temporary living space where there wasn't damage to get us by.
