Day 1 of moving into my new home, and the elective in the garage stopped working. Most importantly, this affected our water heater so a quick fix was needed. I called Jeff, and he spent the next 30 minutes over the phone troubleshooting with me. He was able to figure out the issue from a few pictures and trying a couple of different potential solutions. In no time, electricity was up and running, and he did not charge us for his time. His customer service is top notch! We will definitely utilize him and this company for any electrical issues in the future.

Phoenix contracting services came to give me a free estimate last week. My lights have been flickering for years but it had really started to go haywire in the previous two weeks. Turning off at unexpected times and in unexpected patterns throughout the house. Jeff came out and explained everything he was looking at and why it was important to consider replacing the panel. He answered all of my questions and helped me understand the entire process. Over the weekend, after we decided to change the panel, the outages got more frequent and when I reached out on Sunday through email Jeff answered me right away. He started on the process with urgency on Monday morning. It is now Tuesday night and my electric is operational. The old panel had started to burn and was in fact a huge hazard to my family. The new panel looks good and operates safely. All work was done professionally and everyone who came to my house from the company knew what they were doing and could answer my questions. I highly recommend working with Phoenix contracting services for any electrical needs.

Phoenix Contacting Services is a must have contact! They do electrical and HVAC as well as plenty in between! What they don't specialized in, they have excellent contacts for every need! They are always prompt, very kind and reasonably priced! Their level of service, however, is unparalleled! With more than 30 years of service, you know they have the skills necessary to perform the job right, the first time! Check them out!
