Day 1 of moving into my new home, and the electricity in the Garage stopped working. Most importantly, this affected our water heater, so a quick fix was needed. I called Jeff, and he spent the next 30 minutes over the phone troubleshooting with me. He was able to figure out the issue from a few pictures and trying a couple of different potential solutions. In no time, electricity was up and running, and he did not charge us for his time. His customer service was top notch. We will definitely utilize him and this company for any electric issues in the future.Service: Electrical power restoration

Jeff Finley and his crew are awesome! We have an older house that needed some electrical issues fixed and brought up to code. Wow, was I pleasantly surprised when talking to Jeff! I could tell right away that he cares about the quality of work he does and has extensive knowledge. He is considerate and professional and so is his crew. I had called two other businesses in addition to Jeff's. One business played phone tag with me and seemed uninterested in the job and rude. The owner of the other business came out to the house but was unprepared (did not bring any tools) and was vague about pricing and wouldn't itemize the bid (*ahem* gouging) and condescending to me.
