Patrick was very helpful and knowledgeable at getting a replacement for my lost Mazda fob! He suggested that I could save significant $$$ by purchasing a referbished fob! He then programmed the new fob in a few minutes. He also has a great sense of humor which made the entire process very enjoyable.
