“The person who does the tax calculations is very accurate. Last tax season I thought they made a mistake. Actually, the IRS made a mistake. Exact tax took me through the steps and explained the tax credit procedure and I did get the refund a few months later. If Exact Tax wouldn't have been as knowledgeable, I would not have be rewarded the tax credit. The IRS was not giving an explanation, which they are supposed to provide.“
